A bit about me

I grew up in the south of France and wanted to spend as much time as possible in nature. I spent most of my time mountain biking during my childhood, until I discovered trail running. For me, it’s a way to be more immersed in the environment. The appeal of high mountains and mountaineering led me to Chamonix, where I have lived since 2013. Since then, I have put mountaineering aside a little, and I satisfy my need for adventure through endurance sports. Through my work now, I love to share all the joy, values and respect for nature that the mountains can bring.

My other life

Being open to the world, spending time with my friends, reading and listening to podcasts are ways for me to relax, stay motivated and maintain a balanced life.

In my free time

If I’m not running, then I’m skiing, cycling, or sometimes even pretending to be a tourist, relaxing on the sunny terrace of a café in Chamonix.

Fun fact

I collected photos of my backside in front of the most beautiful landscapes while travelling… until the Iranian army checked my camera.

Favorite Alp trail run

A traverse of the Aiguillette des Houches, in the Chamonix valley, opposite Mont Blanc, at sunset. In moments like these, I feel very grateful to live here.
