Gregory Gourdet

Gregory runs two world-renowned restaurants: Maison Passerelle in New York City, and Restaurant Kann in Portland, Oregon. As well as being one of the world’s great chefs, he’s a long-distance trail runner, and excited to experience the Alps trails for the first time with us in 2026!

He is the Chef and Founder of Kann and ​​Sousòl restaurants, a three-time James Beard Foundation Award winner, author of Everyone’s Table: Global Recipes for Modern Health, Culinary Director Printemps – New York, and television personality you may recognize from Top Chef. In all his endeavors he’s committed to sustainability in the restaurant business and community work, and, yes, does enjoy running trails, too.
