Breathing for the Trail: What Your BOLT Score Reveals About Performance and Recovery 

In this 60-minute session, Rachel of Deep Wild Breath introduces the BOLT (Body Oxygen Level Test) — a simple, 2-minute self-assessment most athletes have never done, and explains what it reveals about your nervous system and breathing efficiency.  Drawing on Conscious Connected Breathwork and Oxygen Advantage methodology, she’ll share practical techniques you can start using immediately for altitude, recovery between efforts, and nervous system regulation after a race.
