Lema Trail

Monte Lema stands at 1624m between lakes Maggiore and Lugana in the Italian-speaking Swiss canton of Ticino. The first edition of the Lema trail was be held in 2020, seeing runners race up to the summit of Monte Lema from the village of Miglieglia at 717m. For those who prefer an easier ascent, there is also a cable car to the top – in just 10 minutes! Runners can get a ride back down on the cable car for free. There is an aid station half way up the route and a meal for all runners at the end. Created by the organizers of the Generoso Trail, there is a price reduction for people registering for both races.
