The Trail of Grigne Sud was first held in 2017 in the mountain massif in the province of Lecco, Lombardy, northern Italy. Athletes can choose between the 41km trail or the shorter 21km trail which draw an arc from the center of Mandello del Lario and from Lake Como to the peaks in the shadow of the Sasso Cavallo. Runners will discover the majesty of the southern slopes of the Grigne mountain at 2410 m as they run along the trails of the chamois.
