Located in central Switzerland, The Oberland, or highland, encompasses some of Switzerland’s most renowned scenery and peaks, including the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, the Lauterbrunnen valley, and the well-known towns of Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Meiringen.

On this slower-paced tour, we’ll run alpine trails under the iconic Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. We’ll make rest stops at mountain cafes and use the famous Swiss transport to minimize climbs and descents.

The inaugural Grand Bernese Oberland Traverse was a great success! Crossing this section of the Swiss Alps we saw the region’s most famous peaks, bluest lakes, and deepest valleys, plus plenty of cows, sheep, and goats grazing the hillside pastures.
